The room was clean and most importantly the service staff was so friendly which made our trip better. The location was easily accessible. Overall it was a pleasant stay with all the amenities, we are looking for another stay there whenever we get a chance to come to Delhi.

I stayed here for 1D/1N and had amazing experience with all the amenities.....such as rooms were clean and had great ambiance....all the staff was very humble and available 24/7 .....as we called then at 3 for water and they provided it without any hesitation......one of the great hotels I've been till now.....will prefer it 100/100 to stay in whenever you go Delhi with Friends/Family/Business trip.....also it's at only 500 m from the metro station and Karol bagh Market which makes it most feasible for traveling.😊

I stayed just for a night in the winters of January and they didn’t provide hot water in the washroom. It was ice cold and no room heater and very poorly maintained. There was no dental kit and it was empty packet and the wash basin was broken. I called them saying I am coming but they didn’t check the room and the very few facilities that they had to provide. The complimentary breakfast was good but the stay was scary.

Overall decent experience. We had bugs in the room, many types. Including some kind of a bed bug, but nothing bad happened afterwards. The rooms were very clean though. Breakfast was great, staff is decent, location is ok.

The rooms are very clean and the ambience is very good. The staff is very cordial & helpful. The breakfast on terrace is a must.
